my points are usually credited quite quickly and transferred regulalrly to my nectar card although I am waiting for about 1000 points inc. 780 for keeping a diary for one week detailing daily habits - anyone else had the points for that yet?0

Mine take about a month to get put into my tns account and I'm sure I read on their website that they exchange to nectar points every friday. Once mine get into my tns account they do change to nectar very quick. I save all my tns surveys in a separate folder so I can check the survey numbers to make sure they change them. Never had any problems though.0

unfortunately the points aren't always credited in the order you complete the surveys, as they're usually distributed after the whole survey period has finished, so it may be the case that the survey you do is running for another couple of weeks. Points are credited weekly though.

i did that aswell
the email off MyPersonalRoutine said that the points would be added in "the next few days" and I got their email on 19/03/07 so I replied back last night asking where they were
wouldn't be surprised if that took a month or so aswell :mad:0 -
the other problem is that there's a lot of office re-shuffling going on in the company right now, so everythings a bit inefficient at the moment.

hey indie, does that mean there is a general backlog again or isn't it that bad?
also, not sure if you'll be able to say on a public forum but are there any other email addresses or contact details we can try using to find out whats what with our points?0 -
I'm glad someone has posted here about this. It is taking ages for any surveys I complete to be added. I'm still waiting for one from January.0
