help with TNS

Options
just a quick question please, my mum has recently started doing TNS surveys/projects and has not yet had any points added to her nectar account

she's had the intial 50 points for registering but nothing has been added so far for anything else she's done with them

looking at my statement, they tend to get added at midnight every wednesday but does anyone know how long it takes them to add the points?

i remember chasing them up months ago when i first started but they blamed that on a backlog and lots of new members signing up

anyone else in the same boat? btw, we've emailed them and they've given the standard reply (with no name, number or email address) that they're looking into it but i have my doubts and imagine she'll end up chasing them again sooner rather than later

Does anyone know whether TNS credit points in the same order you complete the surveys? I got points from the first survey I did with them a couple of weeks ago, and the 2nd credit I've had is from the 5th survey I completed.

Have they missed crediting the 3 surveys I completed in between, or could it be that the surveys haven't been closed or something?

Just so I know whether I need to start chasing them or not. Takes ages for points to arrive.

My TNS account only seems to be updated with my points 2-3 weeks after I've done the survey, but then it's normally less than a week from then before they're transferred to my Nectar account.

i cant remember waiting 3 months for my first lot to go on, i would of been on at them if it had gone on for that long, maybe they've got worse though since then

TNS Surveys are a complete mixed bag - When I joined in the early days I actually had to wait a year for anything to appear as they didnt have a Proper reward Scheme back then!

I find that it is between 2 - 6 weeks for them to appear and even then in no particular order. Best to just keep a spreadsheet of what you do and wehn to tally them up.

    Hi,
my points take about 10 days to go into my TNS acount,Then about the same to go into my Nectar acount.I have only had to chase them once and that was for a 750 point survey but i got a lovely Lady who soon sorted me out. (Must have felt sorry for me ).
