    Its your property, he has committed a criminal offence, i would be minded to report him to the police
    When it comes to the county court it isnt going to look to good for him in front of the judge
    I would be minded as well to ring your landlord and advise him you have reported him to the police...

    We just did it online and didn't need to show any ID.

    Quite shockingly it seems that they do not. However I understand that they still require that the card used for payment is in the name of the person whose mail is redirected, and with the address matching the property, etc.
    So for OP, it still means that the landlord in all probability could not redirect.
