Sorry I have offended.
I won't come over to this board anymore.
I saw other people asking questions and thought that it was acceptable, Once again sorry.
no you have not offended, sorry I was a bit harsh, but I get really annoyed when I think someone is trying to rip people off
at least you came here and are taking advice, and can put things right
please don't go away because of me
I'm always telling people off because they are rude to new posters, nobody will take me seriously if I start doing that too

Thank You, However I will leave it at that now.
You instantly thought i was trying to rip a buyer off when I feel that the exact opposite is the case. I have recently sent an item to USA at cost to myself because I felt it unfair to charge so much without the Buyer knowing the cost before they bought an item (they did not request a price but I still felt it too much)0 -

There are a lot of good, honest sellers on ebay, I don't deny. But unfortunately there are a lot of sellers who don't behave the way they should, and give ebay a bad name. Some sellers have a really nasty attitude, it comes across particularly on ebay boards.
but I'm glad to hear you are not one of those
(apologies given, please accept graciously

Make sure you add them to your blocked bidders list........."You can measure a man's character by the choices he makes under pressure"Sir Winston Churchill0 -

Just out of interest, can you elaborate a bit? Has the case been closed and did the buyer get her refund anyway?"So long and thanks for all the fish" :hello:0 -
If the buyer has not replied requesting a return, then you don't have to do anything."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

Hi,
No the case is not closed. Her initial complaint was that I had not described the item accurately because it was smaller than she expected, The listing clearly states each heart is 6cm. I offered to refund her if she sent the item back to me and emailed me proof of posting. After the advice I got on here.
I have heard nothing, she is ignoring my emails and Ebay suggest I contact her again, I have not been paid and she has the item .
The case is waiting her response0 -
