hi just want to ask for some help regarding reclaiming ppi on loans i had with welcome.
what i need to know is how i get in touch with them now they have crumbled and whats the best way to go about it because i don't want to lose up to 30% of my ppi by using a ppi company i have no idea where to start or even how to start so any help would be great.
much thanks matt

I am week 10 of waiting for welcome to come back to my claim. I too did not have any account numbers, dates, paperwork. I rang Welcome and they have a dedicated department and they gave me all the information I needed during that call.
That said I have not heard a dickie bird off them and they cashed my cheque for £1 quickly enough and I hav not had a copy of my agreement either.Love, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x
