Good girl:D
I know it's difficult when you live with someone, and the portion sizes suddenly equal the mansize plate:cool:
I am hoping by my weigh in (beginning of February) to have lost 5lb...I definitely already feel less tight in my own skin - if that makes sense, and am so determined to be a loose size 12 this summer.
We'll get there radish:TFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
MND - Let's go for 2020 'cos it's got a nice ring to it:D

Hooray its the weekend
Have just done some money stuff and transferred some direct debits to now depart from our joint account
We have also set up SO each to deposit food for the joint account a few days after pay day
Gas bill = £300:eek: I'm in shock at that amount, suppose its the downside of having a BIG house and a BF that needs 30 minute showers
Solar panels have generated 240 units of energy so that's £42 towards the cost of them
The sun is beaming today so have been standing in the conservatory warming up
Health wise I have lost 6 lbs in Jan and BF has lost 9 lbs, so we are collectively a stone plus 1 lighter then the beginning of Jan

Ages since I last posted
Not much seems to happen when the mortgage is huge, much preferred my own mortgage as the same amount of money made a huge dent instead of a tiny amount
So since last post OP'ed £80.99 which included £40 of slummy money out the jar
Have also developed a leaky house, sink in the downstairs loo and tap in the en-suite, so DIY this weekend involving plumbers putty but both now fixed
Still losing weight currently have lost 10lbs (weigh day tomorrow) and haven't drank since New Years Eve
Quite busy on the social side in the next coming weeks, comedy night, hen do, wedding, couple of birthdays so looking forward to that.Mortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

Hurray, hurray for alcohol abstinence radish - weight loss is FANTASTIC! I'm due weigh-in first week of March, I have eaten THREE scones today though ooops:o
Well done on the DIY to sort out those leaks....I've been considering trying that B&* master class thing - I'm going to try to nip in this week and see if I can find out more information about what's on and when.February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

Perhaps master class is too grand a term - it's probably just a class, or maybe a chat....I'll report back though.February13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

Another week that has whizzed by
Mortgage OP's since last post £231.91 including £5 reward, couple of TT's and money that is spare in my current account, so that will wipe out this months interest and take £40 of the capitol
Had a shopping day yesterday, 2 dresses bought so that including the 1 other dress I own (that fits) should cover 2 weddings, 2 hen do's, and a christening
Also bought some new cups to match the ones that we have, this was after much discussion with the BF that this now means that all the other cups that we own will go to the charity shop
As he is away this week (from today) on a training course, things will be de-cluttered without his say so, cruel but necessary as I think he has hoarder tendency's and struggles to put things in the bin, things near the bin quite often, in the bin not so often as the door on the cupboard must be to heavy for him to open
Still not drunk this year, next weekend is a hen do, so I'm not promising anything Natty, unfortunately no weight lost last week and have a feeling (full tummy) that nothing will be lost this week eitherMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

Well done on the weight loss Radish- keep at it - we all have weeks which aren't quite "on the wagon"!
Well done on the no alcohol too - do you feel better for it? I find im much more alert without it (having said that did have a few glasses of vino last night*hic*)
Good luck decluterring [STRIKE]BFs stuff[/STRIKE] all the things in the house that aren't useful to you both anymore!0 -
Sounds like a successful shopping day radish:T
I'm due for weigh in tomorrow, I'm hoping to be down by a couple of lbs from last month, however I haven't been as good (in terms of eating chocolate - although not the giganterous proportions of previous times!)
I think you should be allowed a drink next weekend, you've done brilliantly, I'm not finding it too bad not having a drink, but CRAVE crisps like you wouldn't believe so THAT'S what I'm finding hard....
I've still not been to B&Q re their DIY classes, your diary has reminded me to this this.
Happy decluttering in Mr Rs absence:DFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
