So after 9 years of being together only at weekends, this year has finally seen some excitment and much stress

My house sold in April (virtually MF)
BF house sold in July (58% MF)

We bought the BIG house in August and have lived here 2 weeks today

After a deposit of £95K being put down we are now left with a mortgage of

Part 1 £136,144 @ 2.99%
Part 2 £29,480 @ 1.50%

So the first long term goal will be to get part 1 paid off as soon a possible
Mortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0
ISA challenge start 2019 £3000/£1500 (50%)

    Good luck hon :T.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
