    E-voucher 10 days from claiming, vouchers 30 days. But I think the vouchers will take longer than 30 days thats why I claimed Amazon.

    After the above date & if you did not receive anything, give them a nudge on their website by logging in your account.

    Just logged on to OH's account - it's been 2 weeks since claimed Amazon £20. Contacted them as you suggested - polite nudge ;)
