    xx

Jazzy, give them a ring tomorrow, when you call them make sure your spuddy account is open so that you can give them the correct info as per your account if you know what I mean.

And thanks for reminding me : BP - I don't like garlic too, only eat garlic cooking from takeaway or restaurant during weekend never on week day:p

I hope the above works cos I have done 2 shops with them. Results due in a couple of hours.

I just been to the vets as well, her solution to my sleeping problem, take a half hours brisk walk every evening. Err yeah right, lovely weather for an evening walk:cool: Naughty me asked for a repeat prescription while I was in there as well, got told I shouldn't ask for one I should give the form in at reception in future and then go back for it in 2 days. They have time limits in appointments. Yeah it took her all of 30 secs to print one out. Doctors are getting worse or is it just mine?

Erm Blue do you mean you went to the Doc's not the vet's :o:D I dare not to go near my Doc's goodness what they would say/do :eek:

Before I met my husband I tried internet dating when it was all in its very early stages (12 years ago) and I have to say despite any promises, mini choppers are a big disappointment, lol! ;)

I found a load of the coupon booklets Blue is talking about in abandoned trolleys in my A. They were all soaking, but have dried out nicely...

Hope you feeling better Blue, and hugs to anyone else in need or who just want one, lol.

Can confirm 2 all gold dark & 1 raffaelo worked on a 10.15pm shop last night x

Hey Blue, you cant have seen my very wordy messages on fb... lol

Beth is fine, although bemoaning fresh batchs of stretch marks that spring up overnight. She's using so much bio oil she'd be like a bar of soap - just as well perhaps that Connor still away, lol!

8 and a half weeks to go...

Connor hasn't phoned for 10 days but has made fb contact, he is still in camp bastian again but due to leave for another camp any time. She is really missing him, but being very brave. Ive washed up another lot of baby boy clothes that she'd been given this morning, so lovely to see baby clothes hanging around in the house again.

Just been lurking to find out what chocs are still glitchng. Confirmed just now on elite that ff and lob still working in an A -v- S shop. The op also bought carte noire, but I dont drink coffee so not of interest to me. this gave a good apg.

Wish Id got more terrys dark last night, I braved the rain and tried two lots which worked, but now its all gone pete tong. Shame. One of the first time my A had all that was necessary too. Bummer!

Bully has posted on fb that she is in tenerife by the way, in case anyone didnt see. She is fine and well!

Has anyone been doing the gu advent on fb. It is so funny... the gu guys look so cheesy... made me smile.

I had a lovely surprise yesterday - well, sad too. Me and Millie have participated in the 8 week "MEND" programme (Mind/Exercise/Nutrition/Do-it!) and it was the last one yesterday. Millie graduated bless her with honours! For all the negative press this programme has received nationally and I too was sceptical as I hate being patronised but the three 20 somethings that ran it were exceptional role models for any child. So big praise to Lewis, Dave and Jo (Weston super Mare MEND programme) - you have been great. Anyway, I digress... another mum who has been going with her three sons (one of whom Millie has a little crush on, ahhh bless) also has a daughter same age as Chloe (would have been). I asked her what school etc... turns out my Chloe and her daughter Vicki worked together for a short time at a local nursing home in the laundry (it was a saturday job for them both) and they used to hide in the laundry room and skive... It is always so lovely for me when I talk to someone and find that Chloe touched their lives in the smallest of ways. That was very touching. I remember Chloe telling me she used to skive with her pal who worked there and they used to hide in the industial tumblers (very dangerous, glad I didnt know that!)

Anyway, lovelies, ff & lob still working. go, go go...
    x

Lovely post MAGS, I love your updates :A I cannot believe Beth has only a short time to go  where has the time gone!! xxx

:eek::eek::eek: just came out from a small meeting with boss - He is making us redundant:eek::( tbh, we were expecting it, it was just a matter of time when he is going to shut it down or offer the company to us.

Everybody finishes on 21/12. Except me & my colleague end of Jan.:( Unless we can magic out some dosh to buy up the company.:o

Me said if we (myself & my colleague) buy up the company, I wanna get rid of 4 trouble makers. Boss said no can do:( if we buy the company we have to buy the existing staff too. Me not want it, they can go & find a job in that case.

Myself & my colleague will start a new job elsewhere with another company hopefully by Feb.

Oh no Doc, I am so so sorry, right at Christmas too :(:( I really hope you get the other job asap xxx

I drink several brands. Usually whatever I can get on offer. But can't drink Sainsbobs own brand that is awful.

Like carte noir and douwe egbert :)

Try Carte Noir, think hubby will like it. I don't like Gold blend it is too mellow.

Right I will get him some then, if he does not like it I will blame you :p:p :rotfl:

I cannot remember who had it on offer  off to MSM for a price check

EDIT - do you like the "Velvety & Rich" or "Divinement Expresso"?

Has everyone put their xmas tree up. We did it today and I am worn out now. Took ages to unravel the flipping fairy lights but at least they worked.

Then put my little (about 3 foot tall) xmas tree in the window, its one of those fibre optic ones and was stood admiring it when it conked. Now got to find a replacement bulb tomorrow.

    Keep warm and safe everyone
