i'm fuming
theres me last week thinking i'd sorted out my asda re: coupons
with promise that policy would be past down through staff

go to use coupons just now & they bl00dy refused
pointed out that till manager had checked with HO & rang to say indeed i could use them and that i also had a letter from HO

she walks off ,as appartently she doesn't like the way i talk to her ,admittedly not overly polite(frustrated more like it) but not rude either
came back with someone higher up and she refused too:mad: (so much for passing info down the chain)

well gotta say thank god i had letter from HO on me
both read it and reluctantly let coupons go through

don't think they were to happy though as could see them all chatting around SS monitor area as i walked out

They should be ashamed of they way they are running that store to keep upsetting customers like this.

well just price checked asda reciept with some interesting results

2x misprices
paid £1.75 RTC for lynx and on reciept at such but offer on at moment is 2x £5 and has compared at that and chicago deep dish were 2x £3 so not comparing at offer price
