How frustrating MT especially after getting in touch with HO!

I tried to use the Weight Watchers free meal yesterday in my local Waitrose but was refused - apparently they are not taking that one any more so I think that will be the end of that coupon!

i'm fuming
theres me last week thinking i'd sorted out my asda re: coupons
with promise that policy would be past down through staff

go to use coupons just now & they bl00dy refused
pointed out that till manager had checked with HO & rang to say indeed i could use them and that i also had a letter from HO

she walks off ,as appartently she doesn't like the way i talk to her ,admittedly not overly polite(frustrated more like it) but not rude either
came back with someone higher up and she refused too:mad: (so much for passing info down the chain)

well gotta say thank god i had letter from HO on me
both read it and reluctantly let coupons go through

don't think they were to happy though as could see them all chatting around SS monitor area as i walked out

Thanks Aesop - Just clicked the above link with an account I have already used but it is just showing the page to say I have already claimed my code. Does this mean I can't get any more unless I have a different FB account please?

yes, the clever people have used tracking to make sure people don't claim on the same account again.

Do your brother and sister have an account you can ask them to claim vouchers from?

Thanks Aesop and IS - unfortunately I don't know anyone else with FB account but not to worry I did get 3 lots on Tuesday.
