I've found John Lewis to be very good actually - I did have a bad experience trying to cancel an order (they insisted on delivering it first and told me to refuse to take the goods into my house (a tumble dryer) as they couldn't cancel it as it had already gone onto the delivery system !&*&^*!) but to be fair to this chap/lady they are at least honest in admitting their mistakes - try ordering from the new M&S website and then you'll experience true incompetence - (AND NO I DO NOT WORK FOR EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!! - It's just my opinion...)

it is - and often codes that work for john lewis work at waitrose, there was a good one that got you £20 of a £50 spend that works a while back, at the same time as they had an offer on wine
