I've ordered from them several times without any bother. Compared to some companies I have ordered from they are billiiant!0 -
Hi, i've not purchased from john lewis before and have a couple of questions about the discount codes, i'd be very greatful for any answers
1, how many discount codes can you use per order?
2, if more than one per transaction are you able to use more than one £10 off £50 on one order of £50? Ie you have an item at £50 in your basket and use two of the £10 off £50 and get it for £30?
Thanks in advance for any answers0 -

Testee the post right before yours (no searching required) is for current and new customers i've tried it myself (old customer) and it works, and i posted to say so in the thread...so really no idea why your saying NOTHING works for excisiting customers....Don’t ask what the world needs. Possibly!! I shop with JL online quite a lot, even more so around christmas and that is the only time I ever had a problem and their customer service was second to none; replacement items were sent by courier to arrive the following day.
I wish they did groceries as they could teach our current supermarkets a thing or two lol."A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper
