Appear to be working now, think it was a glitch with the John Lewis website as I was getting the error message constantly, £20 discount just gone straight through and I went through quidco as well0

Am I the only person who thinks that the JOHN LEWIS web site is totally rubbish? Whenever I go on to order something it is out of stock. I have sent them so many email's to complain about it and never once received a response. It really makes me think twice about spending any of my hard earned money with them.0

At least the stock figures are live so you can't order things that are out of stock! I'm a merchandising assistant for John Lewis and keeping the website in stock is a much bigger challenge than keeping stores in stock because apart from things like furniture and white goods, the warehouse and order fulfilment is run for us by a third party (incidentally used by a lot of other big names) and our systems don't communicate with theirs particularly well.
We're painfully aware that availability on johnlewis.com isn't up to scratch, but we're in the middle of some massive systems changes which should really help things.0
