  • Hi there. Didn't get chance to post yesterday as busy all morning, but very productive, got lots of paperwork done, and printed off documents for our holiday in 10 days time (hurrah!). Also did some minimal cleaning, but at work in aft and was very busy! OH has finished painting all outside and has nearly finished the loft, so :A to him. He has really worked hard.

Kazmeister, is it you that lives in Norfolk? (Can't seem to scroll back so apologies if not, or if I've spelt your name wrong!). We have hired a boat on the Broads, going from Wroxham, so if anyone knows any nice restaurants, historical places of interest etc, I would be grateful for any tips.

Already had shower and S&S round today - am going to empty summerhouse and wash the covers from in there, then going to help sick friend again, and hope to have an hour for a mooch in Matalan. Living the dream, as my DD says! When I get back I intend to clean said summerhouse!!

Good vibes to all those low or poorly, good luck to all the school/college returners and special wishes for Cycling Yorkie and Mumto5. I hope it goes well for both of you. R x

LOL, Pigpen, already planning for September term 2013! Lovely photo - is that DD3? Sorry, I still haven't got them all sorted :o

In the end I decided to fly through the house and leave the study until tomorrow. The rest is now good enough to give me a warm feeling of achievement when I come back after a quick trip to town. I could do without having to go out today, but it's voluntary work at the library, transcribing local history interviews, and I haven't been for at least a month.

Just decluttering a :coffee: before I go, if anyone cares to join me?

It's a good job I didn't leave at 10 o'clock as planned, as the gas meter reader has just called.

  • Hi mrs-moneypenny. Will you make one for me, please, as haven't moved off the bed since my shower! My GUAG had gone ( she said heaving herself up!).

Off I go or I'll be here until noon! Have a nice coffee and a good day! Off to sort that summerhouse and will put kettle on on way past! R x
