I can't recall signing upto this. I don't mind as long as they're not charging as I don't need unlimited broadband

They offered it to NEW customers taking the Essentials "talk" plan, then offered it to EXISTING customers on Essentials who negotiated with retentions, and now have applied it to ALL customers on Essentials.
As with any such offer, they reserve the right to withdraw it at any time.0 -
That makes their Plus service now look expensive, as you are only getting anytime phone calls and Lovefilm.0
