    I cannot believe he actually thinks he's in the right! Looks like he's withdrawn the money from his paypal account too! Probably thinks if the monies not there it can't be taken back.....

    It now appears they were not even his photos and he's lifted them off another website!

    Not unless part of the wind up was pretending to be the buyer on here a week or so ago asking for advice cos he'd been scammed!

    Given that they/we can see his listings over there, it's rather an elaborate way to create a wind-up.

    Someone on the community boards has suggested that, by why go to those lengths and lose your eBay account and end up with all sorts of problems.
