No £10 top-up currently required on Orange PAYG

Just been on Orange's website and it looks like the obligatory £10 top-up is not automatically added to your basket when you buy a phone any more. Seems a bit strange because on the website it still says a £10 top-up is required.
Since the £20 off phones over £30 code is still working (see this thread), without having to pay the £10 top-up you can now get:
Sagem my202c for £14.99
Sony Ericsson K310i for £19.99
Samsung C300 for £19.99
Sony Ericsson K510i for £24.99 etc etc...
In addition, the Alcatel OT-E801 is £9.99 without any codes.
Edit: Just noticed the Nokia 5200 is currently on offer till midnight tomorrow, so with the £20 code it's down to £49.99 (usual price £79.99).

Well strangely enough the £9.99 Alcatel OT-E801 does!
And the Sony Ericsson W300i and Nokia 5200 at £69.99 (before discount code) certainly do too.0
