Can I get a refund

I ordered a bra from Marisota on 25th July, which I wanted to wear to a wedding on Aug 4th. It never arrived. I contacted them asking for a refund and they have credited my Marisota account with the cost of the bra. But I want a refund (including the cost of postage) rather than a credit to an account that I don't use very…

neil asked that question because had the OP paid for it on her credit account, then she wouldn't be entitled to a cash refund.
