Can I get a refund

I ordered a bra from Marisota on 25th July, which I wanted to wear to a wedding on Aug 4th.

It never arrived.

I contacted them asking for a refund and they have credited my Marisota account with the cost of the bra.

But I want a refund (including the cost of postage) rather than a credit to an account that I don't use very often.

I have written and asked for a refund but with no success as yet.

Can I insist on a refund or will I have to accept the credit?

Contact your bank and ask to initiate a 'chargeback' for goods not received.

I guess that would be subjective. Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you had to explain why an incredibly funny joke is funny and then realised that by explaining it the humourous value has somewhat dissolved? I find myself in a similar situation now and will bow out.
