Dog owners stupidity

Went for a nice walk in the woods with Zara and here we go again, several of those:

Yes, it is a dog poo - hanged in a bag on a tree.. in the WOODS....

How STUPID can people be?

Seriously, just leaving it wherever it "fell" would have been better, few days and it would have been gone absorbed naturally.

In a plastic bag? Hung on a tree?

Nearly got one in my eye as was turning a corner.. sigh....

Makes me mad, I always clean up
  • OMG this is my pet hate too .... was in the woods the other day and there was 1 bag hanging from the gate where you go in - by the time I came back there were 7

I'm with you GR - if they're not going to take it away, it would honestly be better left on the ground where it will disintegrate.

Before you shoot down the bag hanger...I've been in this situation, and have hung poo on a fence or similar, on the basis "I'll collect it on the way home", I don't want to trudge several miles holding a stinky turd.

I've always picked up the "package" on the way home.

I very much dobt THAT ban hanger was coming back to pick it up - it was good 30 min walk from any entrance and as I sait.. in the WOODS so could have been just left ther on the grund to rot rather then put in a bag and hang....

I met the wardens at a local nature reserve recently who were out litter picking. Even they said it's better to kick it off the path and leave it, than bag it and leave it when know one is looking.
