On Sunday, I too received correspondence from Gary Lewis that was allegedly received from my alleged lender at 1845 on Friday - what did I get - a page of lines of "XXXXXXXXXXXXX" and a note to say that "Gary will be out of the office tomorrow morning"

This is the problem with them being a partnership, more difficult to trace. I have provided all of my information to police via the Action Fraud report form, including the bank details that I paid fees to so they should be able to track down the holders of the account.

ok if we you call soca 0207 2388282 option 2 you will need to go to the soca website just search on google when you call you will be guided through the process to report this online

ive have spoken to soca again they have advsied me just to write to them with details i have as well as giving my contact details as online forms are quite jargany and ambiguous excuse spelling....

Our loan application has taken 8 months and we forwarded lots of personal information too, we have lost abiuyt £1500 initially plus £800 valuation fees and recently another £385 to A L Harte to redo the valuation as prev valuations were now out of date we oaid this on 12th sept 2013 and they cashed this on 17th september the account number is 10662648 but I dont have a sort code yet I will gladly correspond and help with anyone wanting to track down these crooks

I even visited Tony Lawrence at CP House to check his offices did exist

Best thing was, about 3 months ago, MSE asked me to remove the posts I had put on here slandering him,as I had no proof, and Mr Lawrence was complaining....seems I was correct!! Glad this post is still on here.
