COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE..firebird finance,anyone know them?

Hi, I have been looking at them too but they won't tell you who the lender would be.
How watertight are their mortgages in principle?
I find this very odd, is this right as all other companies tell you who the mortgage provider will be.
Also Bobbie, who is your mortgage with on the two you took out?

I dont want to part with a penny until I am convinced but not sure what else I can do.

If they tell you who the lender is and theyre charging a fee upfront.... what is the first thing you will do?
Go somewhere cheaper? Go direct?

Theyre looking after their business. There are times i dont tell my clients who the lender will be until the paperwork is signed - thats after learning the hard way. Spending hours doing research for someone to then go direct and do it themselves.

I have never heard of them personally, but if your not 100% comfortable with them, find another broker?

You won't get anything out of these crooks - they did a runner on Sunday 15 September - how many of you are out of pocket - perhaps we should all get together on this? I've reported them to Action Fraud, FSA (even though they are not FSA regulated it is worth notifying them) and am awaiting a call back from OFT / Trading Standards. I am also trying to track down any personal details for them - home addresses etc and if I get these I will publish them for all to take action as they wish

Same here, out of pocket and lost the purchase of the property now too.
They have caused me a lot of stress and wasted my time. But being out of pocket and loosing my purchase is devistating.
Happy to help track down these cheating theives!!! I am in with you and happy to get together on this Dennis!
