Virgin Media Nightmare !!

I thought the 3 for £30 looked great, loads more channels than our current freeview, landline and free weekend calls and 2 Mb broadband, wonderful (BUT NO)
Had all installed on Thursday afternoon, installation guy left mess everywhere and didn't move my furniture back from where it came and my DS 2ys stood on a cable staple ouch !!
Anyway broadband would not install so I called the helpline and they could not fix the problem so gave me a different number to call (£1 per minute) I don't think so !!!
Landline I was informed by install guy would not be connected for another 10 days (no one told me that before).
And as for the TV, the smartcard was not paired with the box so 14 yes 14 phone calls later I was so ***** off that I just cancelled the lot and had my £25 install fee refunded.
So now I am back with BT line rental, Tiscali calls, Freeview and no broadband as of midnight tonight as they cannot stop the cancellation as it's too late. AHHHHHH
Sorry to rant but I've had a bad couple of days, so please beware if you are thinking about changing to Virgin !!:mad:
