Samsung G3 Upgrade offer - free Tab2

Has any one else applied for the Samsung Upgrade offer ?

I went through the online process and got to the end at which point the screen told me that I would recieve an email and a bag in the post to return my other phone. I have not heard anything since I completed this on the 27/08/12 Has anyone else tried this and have you had a response? Is there any contact details for them with regards to this promo as I cant seem to find any?

    The offer isn't that great. The value of the S2 through the recycling sites mean you would be better off selling the phone to them and then buying the 7" tab they offer from elsewhere. I've not looked into the 10" iPhone 4s offer but chances are the situation will be the same.
  • My dad has exactly the same problem - he returned his old S2 to them which they received by recorded delivery on September 19th - and despite their promotion stating the new tab would be sent within 28 days he has heard nothing back.

    Calls to the Customer Service number are frustrating as they pass him around to other equally clueless departments. Promised callbacks never arrive.

    They are still running this promotion, yet apparently have noone capable of taking ownership of it.

    They've effectively stolen his S2 and are refusing to help return it or to sent the tablet.

    I've contacted them via email and via twitter, and had no response at all.

    Very frustrating - totally unacceptable behivour from Samsung
