I have explained how the law applies to this scenario. You first tried to say that the law does not apply( :rotfl: ), and then when corrected on that, you tried to apply the law incorrectly.

You clearly can't follow an argument, you see I'm correct but can only post daft comments, not hard to see who is wasting their time here.

I have just rang a friend who works in a court and he says I am correct, all the cases he has heard has found for the employee.

I knew I was correct but it's good to get someone that works in a court to confirm it.
