Think you are right chinup it's good to keep costs low at the beginning but you do need to invest what you have in the right areas. Your right that it a fiver a month is make or break then it's probably best to be an employee and not an employer.

I took out an ad in Yellow Pages a few weeks ago and was given an FOC 0845 number in the ad so that I could track callers and see if it's worth advertising. I think the deadline for inclusion may be past though.....

The same website does 0800 numbers as well, they start at £19.95 with call charges starting from 3.95p per min
