I have never had any problems with this. Neither have I seen any reports from other people about any problems.
It's the first time I here about this. Possibly Virgin is a unique network.
Bare in mind I'm talking about Virgin Media not Virgin Mobile, but i would imagine similar policy on new customersWhen will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0
