The "difficulty" will be from the insurer if they ever discover this or there is a claim

The problem will be you put Pajero or Shogun and they find its not. Its a Hyundai.

And will have a few major differences compared to the MK1 Pajero its based on.

They may refuse a payout.

They may also want paying the correct premium for the last few years they think they have been covering a shogun when they actually have had an import!
