Hi everyone, I am new to this so, apologies if something similar has been posted.
I am writing in regard to problems I am having with Toucan as my service provider. My partner and I went with Toucan initially because they offered unlimited downloads. However maybe it was our lack of investigation that prevented us from finding out about "the fair usage policy".
This policy basically says that if you download more than 1GB then you will be pooled with all the other high end users. Either way I feel that the internet has slowed down over time and feels like Im using dial up.
At the time of signing up I went with their highest speed 2Mb for 14.99 per month. They now don't offer this but offer 8Mb for the same price. Do I have the right to have my speed changed? And in regard to my first problem about high end users, is there anything I can do about this?
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
