Think I've got a bit of man-flu. Gave up on trying to drown the symptoms with wine and now on lemsip.

Just a heads up, as I've been missing in action for a few days. There's a few people waiting for challenger numbers, links to diaries and the like, and I'll try and catch up tomorrow.

Off for a (nearly) early evening.

Gosh.....been off the scene over the summer, holidaying, going to the Olympics, Paralympics and replacing cars......so lots of updating accounts in the next few months to get back on track!

I am currently no 34 on the MFI3 T2, but I see I've missed the boat for that number, so I'll take whatever I'm given!

I've just slipped into the red in the last 3 months on that challenge, which is a shame but not surprising (based on the first sentence!) It is incredibly motivating to be part of the challenge and no doubt we have cleared/offset more than we would have done if not part of it.

I have done a mixture of paying off the mortgage/offsetting and plan to do the same with this challenge, reducing our mortgage by a further £50000. I have currently reached 84% off my previous target of £66471, so I hope I will at least hit 90% before starting this challenge.

Good luck everyone and enjoy the challenge. Thanks again FB, you're a star and soooo organised. ;)

I created 11 or 12 new numbers last night, but as you have do PM everyone at one minute apart and it was getting late, I'll PM everyone this evening.

If you look at the Chart01 - see first page of thread for link, you'll get your number.

    Cheers,

    Hi all..

just sent off my form :D

I had a family house loan of £17k and mortgage of £166k at the start of the year which i class as a total mortgage figure.. hoping to get it to £172k by December but may just miss the mark. I will update my challenge figure when i know the exact figure if that's ok?

So my challenge is to reduce from approx £172k to £127K in three years.

Good luck to everyone and thanks FB for doing this again (had to drop out of the last one as we doubled our mortgage when we moved house!)
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

Hi FB, sorry, I've deleted some from my PM box now. I did put my objective on here and also sent it when I registered for this challenge using the new Google docs form so I'm assuming you didn't get it? Not to worry, so I'll do it again and also drop you a PM too.

Thanks for doing this all over again, you are a glutton for punishment :D
