LAUREN - you have to tell us - do you think you owe the money - yes or no?
If you do I don't think you have any hope of getting it back - if not tell your bank that the debits are unauthorised and ask them to chargeback the entries.0 -
I guess this all hangs on whether you owe the money...Thinking critically since 1996....0

I contacted these on 02085065798 today and they answered straight away, the man I spoke to was nice and helpful.
I had £306 go out of my account to these people this week which was a sunrise to me as I knew nothing about it. The man explained that it was from a loan in April which I had not repaid as I lost my debit card and had a new one issued. I had lost track of this loan and had received no correspondence from them about it.
As I recently applied for a small payday loan online it turns out that my new card details had been passed to them from a sister company so they took the money from my account without warning.
As I owe the money I have to accept that as the man said its in their t&c's.
The original £400 loan is now over £800 but they have set me up a repayment plan @ £50 pm.
I'm not impressed with their non existent communication but did find them helpful on the phone today.
Hope this helps.0 -
I did have a couple of payday loans back then but they all go paid off. So no i dont think i do owe it. Im going to write to them and ask for proof of the debt etc. Ive had no previous correspondence with them since 2009, no letters no calls no nothing.0

You are doing the right thing.
If you are sure then my point of contacting your bank to dispute the transactions is valid.
Can you check all of your bank statements from 2009 onwards to prove this?0 -
