    It's probably a little out of our price range to go there in a half term though, as all activities other than swimming are extra. It's somewhere I want to go again though if we ever have kids, as it's something I would have LOVED as a child.

    I'm thinking maybe the lakes or Perthshire/elsewhere in Scotland. Will take a look around for some value B&B's and go from there.
