How To Get Your Ex Back

Am I getting cynical or does anyone else think these kind of posts look like someone researching a topic? (new user, 1st or 2nd post, generic question that looks like an article title with no personal info on their own experience). Not necessarily anything wrong with that but know I would be more inclined to share personal experiences if people were honest about what they wanted them for.

Iv'e never gone back i always follow my heart if it feels wrong it's time to end it, for me anyway.
I have had a couple of partners end relationships with me but i have never tried to get them back, i don't see the point, the not knowing if he was going to do it again would drive me crazy, it's also a pride thing i know when i'm not wanted.

She then wrote a letter to my wife at her work address telling her i was such a nice guy. Her boss opened the letter and read it. Did not go down well.:D
