Creation are fine, not had issuesDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Oh dear!! I have changed over to the Creation supplied ASDA card - not brilliant comments on here so far! I want to contact them - does anyone have a Landline number instead of 0871 shown on the paperwork please?
I don't want to waste my cashback rewards on making expensive calls!
0800 915 2244 worked for me last week of October 12.
Doubt if I'll move over and ASDA will lose my custom.
I've had an ASDA Storecard for 7 years. Have 4 credit cards. Never defaulted. Don't owe any money. Lived at same address for 29 years. Yet Asda's new card issuer refused me a new ASDA card. So since I won't get the benefits of an Asda card I see no reason to shop at ASDA.
