    Picture on TCP website.

    Wouldn't it be funny if:

He's smiling because he's pinching her shopping in lieu of the 100's of unpaid fake PCN tickets he's issued over to her the past few months. It's lost his company £100's and he's not happy about it.

She's smiling because the bag contains nothing but some out of date yogurts and reams of ignored threatograms.(All used as hamster bedding, or worse, beforehand).

That pic is worthy of a caption competition!

I like to think hes actually putting the shopping back into her trolley because she cant move her car as he has clamped it.

She is smiling because she knows there is an angle grinder and pair of bolt croppers in the back of the car...

    From the linked article...
    http://www.smh.com.au/business/car-parking-group-in-uk-damage-control-20120830-252f9.html
But the group said it had improved its UK operations in the past six months by paying off bank debt and reviewing positions. More than 30 staff had been made redundant and staff now fill in time sheets. A new system lets the company see which car parks are profitable
( my bold) As far as im aware most of their activity takes place in Asda car parks and these car parks are almost always free.
    From the Plain Language Commission:

Indeed. How can it be profitable if their charges are a true representation of their losses?

These companies do not exist to enforce decency and good behaviour out of some altruistic sense of duty they are commercial enterprises people and car parks must be profitable.

Therefore "profit" = "parking charge invoices"

    and

"more profit" = "more parking charge invoices"

As the Judge King observed during the First Tier Tribunal case involving VCS:
Most of the income of VCS comes from motorists who pay VCS money following a parking ticket being applied to their vehicle.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

I see you've largely bought the Smart Price items. In that case I'll need ALL of these bags in lieu of your outstanding debts rather than just this one.

    Have a nice day madam.

Whilst the other simian operator attaches the impossible to remove sticky envelope to the front of the car, the decoy automaton distracts the drug crazed shopper to ensure that they go over the 30 minutes allowed parking time ...
