help-its the first time changing broadband

Hi

I need some help

Am thinking of changing broadband companys,am currently with BT broadband (£17.99 per month) 12 month contract finished in FEB 2007 The service has been very good

I am wanting to change to SKY (£5 per month)

Please could you give me some advise

Which company do i ring first SKY OR BT? and what happens next?

How long will it take before i am up and running with SKY?

SKY customers Are you happy with the service?

Contact BT Broadband Cancellations on 0800 0852819 & ask for your migration code. Once you have this migration code you can then contact whatever provider you would like to go with & they'll process the migration code.

Once the migration order has been placed your new provider will transfer the broadband thats physically on the line over to them
