    Ooook. But if you're telling the truth, I'm unsure how it would matter if they put down you sat in a chair, when you did, in fact, sit in a chair. If you sit in a chair outside and go in and say you can only ever stand or lie down, then, well... you're the problem.

    Either way, I'm relatively sure my ability to use a chair is irrelevant to my mental health problems I'm claiming for, so I'm good either way.


    That said the chairs are in a separate part of the room as such (can only see a few from where she was) and the receptionist was busy, not staring at the people sat in chairs.
  • Because they use it in the assessment WITHOUT informing you beforehand.


    I still don't see why it's a problem if they record you can sit in a chair if they see you sitting in a chair! That's the point I was making with my previous post. No way could I have sat in a chair, so they would not have seen me sitting in one.
