Worcester or Vaillant for me! Stay clear of Biasi and Saunier Duval.
Incredibly, Saunier Duval is owned by VALIANT. Much of the technology and manufacturing processes now used by Valiant,Glow worm + Elm Leblanc were pioneered by Saunier Duval decades ago (Yes , Saunier Duval were using the jubilee clips, rubber hoses, plastic flue pipes, split pins and plastic valves years before they became popular with the "quality" manufacturers.)
Valiant is still my favourite combi, but it is now a lot closer quality wise to a Saunier Duval than most people realise.0
