well first if your account is in credit of £800 you want that back.
as for compensation its really a personal choice as to how much trouble it has caused you, just remember that they will only go so far, but £75 and a hamper does not sound too bad0 -
Only you can answer that question-how much do you think you are owed, and can you quantify it? if not, then you've answered your own question.No free lunch, and no free laptop

If you have the £800 back then I would settle for the money and a hamper and proving that they have caused you any more stress then you would already have been under might be very difficult as it is not like £800 over 4 years would cause that amount of debt would it.There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
