    well first if your account is in credit of £800 you want that back.
    as for compensation its really a personal choice as to how much trouble it has caused you, just remember that they will only go so far, but £75 and a hamper does not sound too bad

    Only you can answer that question-how much do you think you are owed, and can you quantify it? if not, then you've answered your own question.

    If you have the £800 back then I would settle for the money and a hamper and proving that they have caused you any more stress then you would already have been under might be very difficult as it is not like £800 over 4 years would cause that amount of debt would it.
