    And I can summarise all the steps in just four words - undo it, clean it. ;)
  • The only way it could go moldy is if you didn't clean it after every use . . euckkk
  • i always clean and dry it after each use and leave the brush head off as i read reviews when i purchased it the head goes moldy if left on
    the mold is small black spots on the rubber handle i always clean my hands before use aswell.

    Sounds like the rubber surface is a bit porous and the moisture is seeping below it and going mouldy.

    I'd try talking to Phillips again and tell them it's the rubber that's going mouldy and it's nothing to do with leaving the head on.
