Also i have taken Capital one to court and they have until 30th April to put a defence in, if i hear nothing from them on that date have i automatically won the full amount back from them??
Yes, if they do not enter a defence within the allocated time then you can ask for judgement by default, meaning you win0 -

Hi, I've just been reading through some of the post's here and am now worried i may have done mine wrong... I recently done a money claim on line against Lloydstsb and they put in a defence and it was passed onto my local courts, i then filled in a allocation questionnaire and sent that to my local court to which i received a court date for June, Is there anything else i should be doing?0

I got a letter from the court and in it it say's that each party shall deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents (including any experts report) in which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than 14 day's before the hearing. What documents do they mean? Any help would be great.0
