BDINI - I only have one thing to say ..........Good Luck. Good Luck. Good Luck, well that's three things but you know what I mean :rotfl:
BDINI - good luck from me too and well done for having the confidence to go ahead with it. He'll get what he deserves eventually

Thanks everyone, i know it will be you guys that keep me sane throughout this!!
I just hate the worrying, i'm still convinced he is going to find some way to turn this round so i end up getting sacked, i have to stay realistic & realise that's why i have a union to make sure that doesn't happen.

My dad had given me enough money to pay off one of my credit cards as a thank you for helping him move house (bless him, i didn't want a thing, i helped him cos he's my dad & i love him!), but now i'm too scared to actually use it for this, i keep thinking i should save it to live on when i lose my job, & i hate that he's done this to me

Anyhow, enough of me moaning on, not one today as had to get a few groceries (& a bottle of red as a treat :)), but i'm determined tomorrow will be, as i'm not planning on leaving the house at all!!

  • Hi all

I got my salary to find in it a unexpected bonus from work down last year and a raise. I've be able to pay off my Barclaycard with the bonus and close the card:T and bought rail tickets for my weekend away. It's brilliant knowing that I won't have to use my credit card for my weekend away.:j

When I rang to close my Barclaycard they had a technical problem and they said the would ring me back which they did. I was happy it was on their phone bill:money:. I had a bit of a job convincing them that I wanted to close the card but eventually they accepted that I knew my own mind and closed the card.

This has brought my Debtfree day forward by 2 months it will be March 2014 if I keep going as I am.

    DFF
    RBS £2,043.50 @0% until April 2014

morning all, yesterday was not a NSD, went to see a fantastic circus show up at the South Bank with OH, DB and his DGF, few drinks and mexcian afterwards (which OH treated us all too bless him :kisses3:) Didn't get home until later than expected but just one of those evenings where the time flew by.

Spoony - fear not, unexpected pennies are being put away safe and sound. :A

Need to get my bum in gear now, day of shopping (food and housey stuff), baking and ironing beckons - hardly wild but I feel I have actually managed to chill out this weekend, have a couple of lie ins and sit on my 'arris a bit more than usual and it's done me the world of good. :D
