So does this all mean that if we had a gas fire installed we need a certificate from Corgi, we have a receipt from the installer with his corgi registration number and we thought that is all that was required?0

According to CORGI as of today, he still hasn't notified them of my installation. He has notified other work so I am really confused as to why he is not bothering with mine. CORGI said that they will chase it up.
I have not phoned the chap since I got CORGI involved but I am going to call him tomorrow to ask why he has not informed them yet and to tell him that its not to late to do so...................but I think I will be wasting my breath :rolleyes:0 -
I wonder if its worth reporting their work? Which seems to be a form on the website. Then they send out an inspector to check the work
Maybe they will provide some kinda certificate lol.
