Things like the cheap family meals site....are they up to date with current pricing?
Updated Week 1 Option 1 Cheap Family Recipes July 2012

I have the detail from when I did it for this (and some of the other weeks and options) but I didn't post all of the prices as I'd emailed to ask permission to do so but didn't hear back. I probably ended up in their Spam folder or something - I might email and ask again if people would find it interesting.

I'm afraid that no one is manning that mailbox any longer - life kinda caught up with the CFR team and everyone ended up stepping away from it temporarily. Nice to hear that people are still finding it useful !

I am gonna check with Weezl just to make sure, but in the meantime, please feel free to post your up-to-date costings - I am sure that many people would find it useful, and helping people to help themselves is what CFR has always been about !
