Sky broadband question

Hey my sky broadband unlimited charge is £7.50 per month and then they are charging me another £5 for not having sky talk bringing my total sky broadband bill to £12.50 a month which seems very high, anyway I can haggle with them??

If you have Sky talk they say its a £5 discount.

Ring them up, ask for the cancellation dept. Tell them that yu need to downgrade because times are hard and see what they come up with.

Any reason why you dont have Skytalk, free evening and weekend calls, unless you have a better deal with someone else of course.

And come back and tell us how you get on please.

Compare the cost to Skytalk then, bearing in mind you get this £5 a month discount too.

So £12.50 Sky talk, less the 5£

We moved from BT to Sky because it was a lot cheaper.
The only gotcha is that NGN numbers are not included in the bundled minutes on Sky.

OP You need to take Sky Talk and Line rental to maximise your discounts.
You can pay Sky line rental up from for 12 months and save a bit more.
