Hi hope someone might help . i have just got a letter back from TSB after sending them the letter say i want my money back . the letter sent to me saying they are looking into my complaint and that their enquiries should be completeted within the next 4 weeks as long as there is not a delay which if so they will let me…

simple.

write second letter now warning about court, wait 2 weeks, forget about their 2 years to investigate baloni, after 2 weeks if unsatisfactory response then go ahead and start court claim.

call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"
