Samknows shows that O2 is LLU enabled at my exchange.

So if i was to sign up with O2 this would be an LLU package, correct? and you seem to think this is better than access.

Yes, subject to 02 LLU capacity being available.

O2 LLU is a good service (though not as great as on the original legacy tariffs). 02 Access is dire-just a resold BT service
O2 LLU is BE Broadband under a different name too, as it uses the BE network.

Can't say I've been disappointed with mine in the past (O2 LLU) though I suspect they've moved me from their legacy package more recently although I asked to be kept on it. I don't download as much as I used to so I can't confirm it either way, speeds seem much slower sometimes at peak times, but still better than my neighbour's BT broadband. When the network's been down I've been texted before I've had chance to find out for myself, and the few times I've had to call them, they've normally got me sorted straight away.

Same as myself,O2's call centers are all in the UK (England,Scotland & N.Ireland(Londonderry) & are generally good on the Home Phone/Broadband side, whereas their mobile phone callcenter are pants.(as I've recently discovered)

I have been on O2 broadband for 4 years now without any real problems. A couple router issues were sorted very quickly and speed has been stable at between 6.5 - 7.5 meg for almost all of the time.

Just signed up for another year for the grand total of £57.00. This makes it even cheaper than it was when I first joined.

The packages are not quite as good now as they were, I am still on the old legacy package, but its still not bad value.

As others have said, the UK call centres are a big plus point if you ever need to call them.
