Delivery as said. Blokes delivering couldn't have been friendlier.
Bed all made up, solid as a rock. It's a metal framed 'cabin' bed. Couldn't believe how many damn slats I had to bolt in. And my grandson is chuffed to bits with it

Actually no! We couldn’t find similar items anywhere for a price that’s even close to Argos which is why we're having to stick it out.
The item we ordered 'disappeared' from the Argos catalogue about a month after we'd ordered. They now have the same item in the catalogue again. The price of 1 bed with mattress now, is the same as we paid for 2 beds with mattresses.
Plus we’re getting 50% back?
So technically we’re getting one bed free, plus the one we are paying for is at a discount of about 50% of the current catalogue price...
Hope that makes sense!!! Lol

I had same with Homebase, same company as Argos. Ordered garden furniture in store, as they didn't have it all in store. They said 4 weeks. 4 weeks later, still not in, 2 weeks later still not in. So it got cancelled!0
