Morning all.
Trying to have a super frugal week this week. If I'm honest it's not totally necessary as our debt s are slowly paying themselves (i.e. I'm not in Debt Crisis) but I made a "discovery" ...okay, only a £160 odd pound Credit Card bill, not huge I Know... but it's now put me into 'freaked out' mode again.
So here we are, with bits I need to buy included. I'll be getting other stuffs too (cleaning bits, breakie bits tec...) but below is what I need to buy purely for these meals...
Sat: [STRIKE]Out?[/STRIKE] Freezer 'use up'
Sun: Lamb roast
Mon: Mince meat ‘kebabs’ and chips (1lb mince needed)
Tues: Chicken tortillas – (2x chicken breast needed)
Wed: Stir fry – left overs from night before. (Need rice)
Thurs: Haggis and mash
Fri: Burger and sweet potato wedgesApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -

Lunches will be sandwiches, HM soup, pasta with cheese (girls love this) fruit, yoghurts.

As Tesco man came yesterday and I got the meat I needed from the market I just need to buy fruit and veg.0
