Usual just main meals from me, some day order but not completely rigid just incase something comes up, veg depends on what needs using first, kids are off this week so lunches at home (have plenty in for those already) DP home all day as usual and taking sandwiches etc to work. Alternatives for when kids won't/can't have what we are having. Need some things for the list but thankfully not too much.

Saturday - DP omlette before work, veg bake for me (freezer) & sausage rolls for boys
Sunday - Toad in hole with mash and veg
Monday - Chilli (in freezer) with chips (didn't have it last week)
Tuesday - Beef casserole (freezer) dumplings and veg
Wednesday - Chicken curry of some sort, might try Mossalla recipe
Thursday - Burgers in buns with salad
    Friday - Fish and chips
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

Okay first time for me doing a meal plan but seeing as I have signed up to the April Grocery Challenge I need to do this to keep me foccussed. Cupboards and freezers are full so have come up with the following so far:

Sunday: Lamb and Mint Pie, Roast Potatoes and veg
    Monday: Beef Stroganoff and rice
Tuesday: Sausage casserole, mash and veg.
    Wednesday: Tuna fishcakes, and veg.
Thursday: Lamb casserole with dumplings and veg.
Friday: Chicken Curry, rice and naan bread.
    Saturday: Burgers, chips and salad.

Need to get a few bits but not a lot. Breakfasts are: Cereal, toast or fruit and yoghurt. Lunches are sandwiches, baked potatoes, salads, omlettes or soup.

    Morning all.

Trying to have a super frugal week this week. If I'm honest it's not totally necessary as our debt s are slowly paying themselves (i.e. I'm not in Debt Crisis) but I made a "discovery" ...okay, only a £160 odd pound Credit Card bill, not huge I Know... but it's now put me into 'freaked out' mode again.

So here we are, with bits I need to buy included. I'll be getting other stuffs too (cleaning bits, breakie bits tec...) but below is what I need to buy purely for these meals...

    Sat: [STRIKE]Out?[/STRIKE] Freezer 'use up'
    Sun: Lamb roast
Mon: Mince meat ‘kebabs’ and chips (1lb mince needed)
Tues: Chicken tortillas – (2x chicken breast needed)
Wed: Stir fry – left overs from night before. (Need rice)
    Thurs: Haggis and mash
Fri: Burger and sweet potato wedges

    Hi everyone,

Here's my plan for the week.

    Saturday - Fish, Chips, Peas

Sunday - Nut/Meat Roast and all the trimmings

Monday - Weena Casserole (mini soya sausages which double in size!), Cabbage

Tuesday - Tuna & Sweetcorn Lasagne, Salad, Garlic Bread

Wednesday - Bean/Meat Casserole, Mash, Broccoli, Carrots

Thursday - Veggie Bolognaise, Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Bread

    (Sleepover - potentially 12 kids  !)

Friday - Buffet style lunch (thought it easier for that many kids)

Breakfasts - porridge, cold cereal, yoghurt, fruit

Lunches - leftovers, something on toast, soup, sandwiches
New Mantra: I must not visit MSE until after I've completed all my chores!!!!!

Right, heres mine if I can remember as list on laptop at home:-

    Sat - HM Pizza
Sun - Either Chicken Curry or S & S Chicken with rice or noodles (all ingredients in so see what I feel like) Littles at Nannies for tea
Mon - Toad in Hole, HM Chips, Peas & Sweetcorn
Tue - Spag Bol with HM Garlic Bread
Wed - HM Pork Burgers, Wedges, Corn on Cob
Thurs - Roast Chicken, Stuffing, Roast Pots, Yorkies & at least 3 veg
(Will use left overs for curry for freezer and Chicken & Leek pie)
Fri - Stuffed Baguettes with Ham (cooked, sliced and frozen in portions last fri) chicken (bits from last night) mushrooms, onion and cheese, with side salad

Lunches will be sandwiches, HM soup, pasta with cheese (girls love this) fruit, yoghurts.

Treats - will do some HM biscuits and cakes to keep us going.

Puddings - Dont usually have them but think I may do a rice-pudding in the slow cooker (went down well last time) and maybe fruit and ice-cream if girls have been good!

As Tesco man came yesterday and I got the meat I needed from the market I just need to buy fruit and veg.
